Software Usage Agreement, Licensing & Refund Policy
1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the WSMaker WordPress plugin and associated cloud marketplace services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Software Licensing & Updates
WSMaker is distributed under two licensing tiers:
- PRO License: Valid for activation on 1 production website domain. Includes 1 year of continuous feature updates and priority support.
- Academy License: Valid for activation on up to 5 production domains and multi-instructor academies. Includes 1 year of continuous updates, priority engineering support, and multi-tenant management.
The software code is licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) v2 or later, matching the WordPress ecosystem.
3. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be completely confident in WSMaker. We offer a 100% no-risk 14-day money-back guarantee on all new PRO and Academy software license purchases. If WSMaker does not fit your workshop management workflow, contact support within 14 days for a prompt, full refund.
4. 0% Platform Commission Policy
WSMaker does not collect any percentage commission, royalty, or per-ticket fee on transactions made through your own website. You retain 100% of your earnings minus only your direct payment gateway fees (such as Stripe standard processing rates).
5. Support & Maintenance
Support is delivered via our dedicated support desk. We actively assist with plugin installation, feature configuration, and bug fixes during active license periods.
